Camera-Ready Paper submission

It is important for you to read ALL THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS in details.

Due on May 15th 2003. The author should send the camera-ready paper in PDF, Postscript, or Word(.doc) format using the online submission system below, then send its hard copy, IEEE Copyright Form, and the registration form to the following address:

The camera-ready copy is limited to six(6) IEEE two-column pages, and you may purchase up to two additional pages for JPY 10,000 per page. If the charge is not paid, the first 6 pages of your paper will be printed in the proceedings. You must consult IEEE's on-line publication manual for guidelines, which pertain to most conferences. If the camera-ready copy is not follow to IEEE two-column format, the Publications Committee reserves the right not to publish papers.
